Steve Barclay is an asset to have on your team when buying and selling a home. He took the time to get to know us and our needs in the sale of our home as well as the purchase of a new home.

In order to take advantage of a scheduled open house in the neighborhood, Steve not only listed our house on MLS and created the necessary marketing materials, but personally helped get the house ready to show and all within 24 hours. He even helped hang a picture or two?

His responsiveness and knowledge of what sells a house were largely responsible for attracting more than half a dozen showings in the first two days and got us an offer within the first week we had it on the market.
